Since we opened our restaurant in 1982, we have become one of the benchmarks of traditional Navarre cuisine in Madrid.
Managed by Doroteo Martín and his wife Fany, our restaurant offers you dishes made using only the finest of produce, especially seasonal ones such as vegetables, the flagship of the house, which we prepare in many different ways.
Some of our specialities are Tudela Stewed Vegetables, Clams with Rice and Parsley Sauce and a variety of Stews which, accompanied by one of more than 175 wines on our list, assure you a first-rate lunch or dinner.
We welcome our customers to an elegant, cosy and refined atmosphere, with classic-style decor, comprising a main dining-room and five private ones, with seating capacities for 4 to 45 diners, just what you need for holding your business or family meals.
Therefore it comes as no surprise that as a result of all this, together with an attentive, top-class service, since the very beginning we have been a meeting-place for haute cuisine lovers, politicians, artists and sportspersons.
